Revising curriculum for making students industry friendly: AITCE
There is often complains that Indian students only have bookish knowledge and they fail while entering the actual job area. To remove this problem the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is planning to revise their curriculum periodically.
According to AICTE around 60% students needs more honing and are not industry ready. AICTE chairman Anil D. Sahasrabudhe said.
He said the council has taken various initiatives to transform education at all levels.The revising of curriculum is one method, along with which it will be mandatory for the students to take up internship during holidays, to see the actual working of the field apart from theoretical studies.
